STEP 1: GET ON THE WAITLIST / BOOK A TOUR

  • To get on the waitlist/book a tour if available, please fill in your information on the CONTACT page.

  • Your information will help us to better understand your childcare needs.

  • ​The Director will email you within 24-48 business hours to set up a date & time for your visit or to add your information onto the waitlists. There is no cost to get on the waitlist.

STEP 2: AT THE TOUR (when available)

​

  • You will be after we received your form, and book a date/time for a tour with the Manager.

  • We strongly encourage you to bring your child/children with you for the visit.

  • You will get a program overview and information sheets at the tour.

  • Ask questions! We want you to have everything you need to make the right decision.

  • Registration process is reviewed at the tour.

STEP 3: REGISTRATION​

​

  • ​You will be emailed with registration details from manager.

  • Please read our PARENTS AGREEMENT & POLICY to ensure you understand and agree to our policy & procedures before registering.

  • Please fill out the  REGISTRATION FORM for your child/children before coming in for the tour appointment.

  • You will need to make Payment (cash/cheque/e-transfer) for registration fee and security deposit to secure the spot for the spot (Our spot is FRIST COME FIRST SERVICE). 

  • You will get a Email one month before your child start, inside your will see all the document you will need and all items you need to prepare for your child's first day.

  • The Facility Manager will discuss with you about a gradual entry plan to help your child transition into the program during tour.

  • You will be provided with paperwork to apply for Affordable Childcare Benefit upon request.

  • We will answer all your questions at time of registration to make sure you are confident about joining us!
